You've got to have a plan. KISS! It all starts with a dream and if you don't keep it organized and simple the light puffy dream becomes a nightmare of storms and lightning which you never imagined would come your way.
There are thousands of plans. Most builders take one and style it out on a piece of paper. This can be done with the designers and architects. And each has their own personal style and past history, nightmares and things they'd pray to never have to experience again.
